The money raised under the charity initiative “The Bulgarian Christmas” exceed BGN 1,400,000. Nearly BGN 500,000 of them came from telephone calls and SMS to the special number of the campaign 1117 for the three mobile operators and 0900 1117 for BTC.

On the day before Christmas Eve alone, more than BGN 245,000 were transferred via bank accounts. The biggest donor so far is GRADUS 1 LTD, which today transferred BGN 60,000 for the medical treatment of children and the support of children’s medical treatment facilities.

Among the big donors are also world chess champion Vesselin Topalov - BGN 50,000, ELKABEL AD - BGN 50,000, the employees in the Administration of the President - BGN 35,470, Consortium Terra Group - BGN 25,000, BULGARGAZ EAD - BGN 20,000, DUNI AD - BGN 20,000, DZI - BGN 20,000, Kuzman Marinkov - BGN 20,000, Agrostar AD - BGN 15,000, Raiffeisenbank - BGN 15,000, Stilian and Paulina Petrov - BGN 14,340.
