"The Bulgarian Christmas - 2007" Funds from "The Bulgarian Christmas - 2007” were used to support a total 124 children with the sum of BGN 764,000. Sixteen children suffer from nephrotic syndrome: Daniel Dinev, Theodore Gyrov, Mihaela Damyanova, Polina Petrova, David Lashkov, Peter-Nikolai Ranov, Lyubomir Anchev, Genoveva Georgieva, Pamela Nikolova, Ioanna Dimitrova, Anton Georgiev, Rostislav Ouzounov, Mariana Yankova, Blagovest Samokishev, Nadezhda Dancheva and Dilyana Assenova. The medicines Sandimmun Neoral and Cellsept were purchased for them Twelve children are diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis: Iva Lozanova, Preslav Pavlov, Nathaniel Kunchev, Kaloyan Zahariev, Ismail Ismail, Antonia Moudreva, Miroslav Ninov, Zornitsa Milanova, Yorgo Makaronas, Ivana Borovinova, Stoyan Vulnarov and Dimiter Dimitrov. They are treated with Enbrel in 2008, a medicine provided by "The Bulgarian Christmas”. Twelve children diagnosed with osteogenesis imperfecta have been supported: Isabella Tomova, Jossif Jossifov, Blagovesta Kostadinova, Nadezhda Kehadjiiska, Atanas Stoichkov, Peter Petkov, Kremena Mladenova, Maria Zia Yumer, Mehmed Mehmed and Mihaela Zhivkova. The medicines Genotropin, Norditropin simplex and Miacalcic have been provided for them. For nine children suffering from chronic renal insufficiency the medicine Genotropin has been provided: Yavor Dimitrov, Alexander Andreev, Anatolii Spassov, Borislav Kaptiev, Kristian Mitev, Nelyai Ahmetova, Hristo Genov, Anton Dryanovski and Bilyan Mladenov. For 11 children with rare diseases: Luis Arias, Viktor Stefanov, Ivan Ivanov, Yordan Vassilev, Regina Stoyanova and Denislava Georgieva, funds have been provided for the purchase of medicines. For 48 children, suffering from infantile cerebral paralysis: Bogomil Bandjakov, Simeon Kirilov, Todor Katsarov, Bozhidar Babev, Nikolai Georgiev, Nina Donchevam Kristian Krustev, Nadezhda Danailova, Gergana Dimitrova, Hristian Sirakov, Georgi Balinski, Hristo Kandjikov, Velislav Todorov, Dimiter Bankin, Petya Zafirova, Dimiter Stoyanov, Alexandra Georgieva, Andrea Bozova, Toni Itova, Monika Daradanova, Ivan Andreev, Petya Angelova, Akai Yusuf, Nicole Alexandrova, Rushen Ryahov, Monika Zlateva, Alexander Sirekov, Konstantin Sirakov, Miroslav Bakurdjiev, Mihail Kashidov, Valentina Koupenova, Peter Dimitrov, Georgi Metodiev, Claudia Pashova, Ivan Peev, Yolina Filipova, Dimitrinka Radeva, Valis Radev, Gloria Djaleva, Milica Yordanova, Vanessa Shourelova, Stoyanka Grukova, Daniel Mitov, Yordan Ivanov, Lyubomir Elenkov, Elena Kaldarumova, Rossitsa Djovlekova and Georgi Bachev funds were provided for treatment and rehabilitation. Eleven children suffering from retinopathy of prematurity and other ophthalmological diseases:
Yanitsa Vulcheva, Ilian Ivanov, Roberto Arnaoudov, Alexander Tomov, Nailian Tahirova, Dessislava Mircheva, Stefani Popova, Radostin Georgiev, Georgi Skordev, Galina Pirovska and Hristian Takev, were supported by the campaign for treatment and rehabilitation abroad.
Funds from "The Bulgarian Christmas 2007” were donated to five children: Diana Gougleva, Kristian Eftimov, Kristian Grigorov, Iren Yovcheva and Kristian Terziev, for the purchase of medical consumables (hearing, orthopaedic, etc.)
At the request of the parents the names of a part of the children are not announced publicly.

An incubator, respirator, 4 monitors, an echocardiograph, a reanimation mask and non-invasive respiratory monitoring system were purchased. Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment, Turgovishte. An echograph, respirator, incubator, two monitors and pulsoximeters were purchased. St. John of Rila Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment, Razgrad. A respirator, Neopuff infant resuscitator, 4 monitors, a non-invasive respiratory monitoring system, two incubators, a reanimation table and pulsoximeters were purchased. Dr. Ivan Seliminski Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment, Sliven. A non-invasive respiratory monitoring system, a respirator, pulsoximeters, two monitors, two incubators and an echocardiograph were purchased. Dr. Stefan Cherkezov Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment, Veliko Turnovo. An echocardiograph, two incubators, a non-invasive respiratory monitoring system, two monitors, a reanimation table, pulsoximeters and perfusors were purchased. Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment, Silistra. An echograph, X-ray, pulsoximeters and perfusors were purchased. Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment, Pazardjik. An echocardiograph, two incubators, blood-gas analysis equipment and a perfusor were purchased. Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment, Lovech. A respirator, perfusor, non-invasive respiratory monitoring system, an echocardiograph and two monitors were purchased. St. Panteleimon Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment, Yambol. A respirator, echograph, two incubators, two monitors and a pulsoximeter were purchased. Clinic of paediatric urology, N. I. Pirogov Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment and Emergency Medicine. A system for child surgery and anesthesiology equipment were purchased. Child Surgery Clinic, N. I. Pirogov Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment and Emergency Medicine. Equipment for endoscopic tests was purchased. Children’s Traumatology Clinic, N. I. Pirogov Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment and Emergency Medicine. An operating table and operating theatre lamps were purchased. Specialised Hospital for Active Treatment of children with onco-haematological diseases, Sofia. Vessels and freezers for storing bio-products for transplantation were purchased. Prof. Ivan Kirov Specialised Hospital for Active Treatment of infectious and parasitic diseases, Sofia. A microscope diagnostic system and intensive care equipment were purchased. National Genetic Laboratory at the Maichin Dom University Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Sofia. Equipment for the early diagnosis of genetic diseases (gas chromatograph) was purchased. Specialised Hospital for Active Treatment of children’s diseases, Sofia.
